I grew up in the world of elite sports, specifically tennis.
A serious knee injury and its recovery awakened in me the interest and importance of injury treatment, prevention and continuous care of the human body.
Since then, I decided to study Physical Activity and Sport Sciences and then complete my skills with the Diploma in Physiotherapy.
I had the great opportunity to work as a physical trainer and physiotherapist in the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA), with players among the top 10. I learned that the excellence and exigency were the key to obtain optimal results.
All this generated in me a great interest in the Diploma of Osteopathy and its concept of Globality. And I realized that the holistic approach and the integration of all its systems were key to help the body in depth and get to the cause of the problem and not the symptom.
One day I felt that the body was much more than a physical, anatomical and structured body. It was then that I embarked on a long journey through an 8-year postgraduate educational training based on BIODYNAMIC OSTEOPATHY. Step by step I discovered that there was a deeper dimension of the body, expressed through a fluid and invisible body, which helps us to remain in a constant balance and seeks the overall health of the organism. I understood that this was my path to help the recovery of the people I treat.
I have more than twenty years of professional experience in several cabinets in Madrid, Barcelona and Luxembourg.
For the last two years, I have been working as an Osteopath in my own practice in Luxembourg treating children and adults with different dysfunctions and pathologies.
