Scientific fundamentals:

It consists of creating a HYPOPRESSION in the abdominal cavity.

It consists of creating a HYPOPRESSION in the abdominal cavity.

The action of the diaphragm itself causes an elevation of the abdominal and pelvic viscera (bladder-uterus, urethra-bladder, rectum and intestines).

This respiratory mechanism stimulates the contraction of the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, strengthening the entire abdominal wall.
